Movember Rundown: Week 2

Wow, how did this go so fast? We're already two weeks in, which means we're nearly halfway through! (Did you donate yet??) Let's take a look at this week's Mos...

8 - The Timothy

The Timothy was worn in honour of the fabulous Timothy Peters, who has much better hair than me and a much better moustache. This evening though, we looked almost identical! 8/10

9 - The Oddly Sexy One

Dunno why, this one just kinda worked. Hawt. 9/10

10 - Dodgy Ginger

Hmm, not sure about this one. On the plus side it did look quite naturalistic which is always fun, but definitely had more than a tinge of ginge. 7/10

11 - Technicolour Twink

Out on the town in Woking, so went for something a bit special. Especially loved that half of it lit up beautifully in the UV light while we were playing Laser Quest. Excellent. Only slight downside was it kept sliding down my face. 8/10

12 - Super Mario

I don't think it was meant to, but this one made me look like Mario. Let's-a Go! 7/10

13 - Natural Poirot

I'm not sure Poirot is quite the right description, but this small, very neat tache was lovely. Also looked very natural and stylish, which is always a plus. 7/10

14- Supervillain

Another request - the ultimate twirling moustache! I felt like I should be kidnapping a beautiful maiden and taking her back to my lair, so that part was fun, but the actual moustache was kind of annoying and kept getting in my coffee. 6/10

Halfway through - time to get serious 🥸

Did you know 3 out of 4 suicides are men? Society teaches us to "man up", that "boys don't cry" and a whole heap of other nonsense.

That's bullshit.

If you need help, ask. If you're struggling, tell. I love the song "You Will Be Found" from Dear Evan Hansen, an amazing show that deals with some of these themes in a way that's accessible. Check out the West End version here.

Don't forget to donate to Movember here, and stay tuned for the next batch of ridiculous taches!
